“Greg worked closely with our Board representatives, property management, and civil engineers. The project involved minimizing irrigation needs between and adjacent to buildings. New drainage lines were installed, some plants were removed, and drip irrigation and retaining walls were constructed. New shrubs and trees were planted. This million dollar plus project was accomplished at reasonable cost and in a timely manner. One important result of the new design, aside from attractive landscape, is a substantial reduction in water usage. The new irrigation system coupled with aggressive water management has resulted in using only 35% of our Maximum Allowable Water Allowance according to the MCWD. It was a pleasure to work with Greg on this project and we have continued to benefit from his services since.”
